9 times out of 10 if your license key is not working, it's because there is a space before or after the License Key when you copy/pasted the key in. Please be sure there are no spaces before or after the license key and try the authorization again. If your license key still does not work, we are happy to re-issue a new license key for your order.

If you are using one of our windows installers that asks for the license key, organization, etc. Be sure to enter your serial without spaces and type alphabetical characters only in the organization box. It should be at least 8 characters.
